Kathy, a consultant and producer, has the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), the Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) professional designations plus a certificate in Health Care Reform Studies. She joined BPI in 2001. She specializes in developing sustainable employee benefit plans. She enjoys working with individuals; helping them navigate the complex and confusing options available in both Medicare and the Federally Facilitated Marketplace.

Kathy is a Past President for both the state and local associations of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). She is currently NAIFA MT's Education and Health Chair. Kathy is a member of SHRM. She is a graduate of Leadership in Life Institute and Leadership Great Falls.



 

Phyllis Y. Dotseth, CISR

Phyllis, a producer, has earned the Certified Section 125 Administrator designation from HRCertification.com in Alpharetta, GA. She has worked for Bern & Pugh, Inc. since February 2010. She specializes in administration of Section 125 Cafeteria Plans, Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Medical Reimbursement Plans.

Phyllis holds licenses as a Life, Disability & Credit Life producer, which she obtained in 2003. She enjoys helping individuals with their insurance needs whether it be Medicare or the Federal Facilitated Marketplace. She is a trustee for the local National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA MT North). She is a 2016 graduate of Leadership in Life Institute.

Deb has worked for Bern & Pugh, Inc. since September 2013. She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and customer service industry. Deb obtained her Life and Disability (Health) Insurance License in 2016 and the Certified Exchange Producer in 2017. She assists with Section 125 Cafeteria Plans, Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) and Medical Reimbursement Plans.

Deb is a member of NAIFA. Deb will participate in the 2017-2018 Leadership Great Falls Class.

Heather is the administrator of the Cafeteria Plans, Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), Medical Reimbursement Plans and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) for Bern & Pugh, Inc. She has earned the Certified Section 125 Administrator designation from HRCertification.com in Alpharetta, GA.



 

Colleen Anderson

Colleen joined the Bern and Pugh team in July 2016. She is a native of South Dakota but has been in Montana since 1987. Colleen has a 15-year background in the healthcare industry as manager of a dental office for more than a decade and as a customer service representative in a medical office for a handful of years. She is currently working toward achieving her Life , Disability (Health) license. Colleen assists with the Administrative Service Department.

Kimberly has worked for Bern & Pugh, Inc. since August 2016. She earned the Certified Section 125 Administrator designation from HR Certification.com in Alpharetta, GA in September 2016. She then obtained her Life, Disability (Health) producer license in October 2016. Kimberly comes to Bern & Pugh, Inc. with over 30 years’ experience in Customer Service. Kimberly has traveled in the State of Montana and Idaho teaching Customer Service in the hospitality industry and held a management position in this field for 1 year, prior to coming to work for Bern & Pugh, Inc. Kimberly also has Property Casualty Insurance and Medical Office experience.
